Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data collected by Aim Infosoft through Facebook Login or any of our applications. We are committed to honoring every deletion request promptly.

Facebook Platform Compliance This page satisfies the Facebook Platform data deletion callback requirement. If you used Facebook Login to access any Aim Infosoft application, you may use this page to request the deletion of all associated data from our systems.

What Data We Collect via Facebook

When you choose to log in or register using Facebook Login on any Aim Infosoft application, we may collect the following data with your explicit permission:

Profile Information
  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Profile picture / avatar
  • Facebook User ID
App-Level Data
  • App usage activity & logs
  • Preferences and settings saved within the app
  • Transaction or interaction history (if applicable)

We only request the minimum permissions necessary for the application to function. We never collect your Facebook friends list, private messages, or financial information through Facebook Login.

How We Use Your Facebook Data

Data obtained through Facebook Login is used exclusively for:

  • Creating and managing your account within our application
  • Authenticating your identity on return visits
  • Personalizing your experience within the app
  • Sending transactional communications related to your account (not marketing)

We do not sell, rent, or share your Facebook-sourced personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Data Storage & Retention

Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers. We retain your data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services.

  • Active account data is retained for the lifetime of your account
  • Inactive accounts are flagged for review after 24 months of no activity
  • Anonymized, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely
  • All personally identifiable information is purged within 30 days of a valid deletion request

How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of all personal data we hold about you by following either method below:

Method 1 — Email Request

Send an email to info@aiminfosoft.com with the following details:

  • Subject line: Data Deletion Request
  • Your full name as registered in the application
  • The email address or Facebook account used to register
  • The name of the application(s) you wish data deleted from

Method 2 — Contact Form

Use our Contact Us form with the message title "Data Deletion Request" and include:

  • Your registered name and email / Facebook account
  • The specific application you wish data deleted from

Deletion Timeline & Confirmation

Within 48 Hours

We acknowledge your deletion request and send a confirmation email.

Within 14 Days

All personally identifiable data is removed from active systems and databases.

Within 30 Days

All residual data in backups and logs is purged. Final deletion confirmation is sent.

Note: We may be required to retain certain data for legal or regulatory compliance purposes (e.g., financial records, tax obligations). In such cases, we will inform you of what data must be retained and the legal basis for doing so.

Revoking Facebook App Access

You can also revoke our application's access to your Facebook account at any time directly through Facebook's settings. This will prevent any further data sharing between Facebook and our application:

  1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy → Settings
  2. Select Apps and Websites from the left menu
  3. Find the Aim Infosoft application in the list
  4. Click Remove to revoke access

Revoking app access on Facebook does not automatically delete the data we have already collected. To request full data deletion, please follow the steps in Section 4 above.
